Sheltered Housing and Supported Living

We offer sheltered accommodation in Worthing for older people and supported living in Guild Care properties for adults with learning disabilities and more complex needs.

Dolphin Court: Sheltered Housing in Worthing

Dolphin Court is a small and friendly sheltered housing scheme in Worthing situated in a quiet residential area close to the seafront. Our tenants enjoy security, peace of mind and the benefit of additional support whilst maintaining their full independence.

Key features of Dolphin Court

  • 31 studio flats with kitchenette and bathroom
  • A fully-assisted bathroom for the sole use of tenants
  • 24-hour community alarm system
  • Lift access to first and second floors
  • On site laundry facilities
  • Access to satellite TV
  • Electric scooter/buggy store
  • On site staff

Services offered at Dolphin Court

  • Tenants who need a little extra support with household tasks such as cleaning or personal care can access Dolphin Court's own service or use other local home care services.
  • Tenants meet for regular activities and celebrate birthdays with their families and friends in Dolphin Court’s spacious lounge.
  • Tenants have formed their own gardening club and have enjoyed growing container grown flowers and vegetables during the year.
