The Fitzalan Howard Centre provides day and respite services for adults with disabilities and more complex needs. The service helps up to 36 adults with a learning disability or additional needs.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Support Worker to join our dedicated team at the Fitzalan Howard Centre in Worthing to provide the support our clients need so they can live their lives to the full.

You must have experience of working with people with disabilities and be able to provide a high standard of personal care and practical assistance. You will have experience of communicating appropriately and effectively with a range of people including clients with learning disabilities, their parents/carers and other professionals.

When applying it is essential you demonstrate, at a minimum, the essential criteria from the Job Description. The successful applicant will be required to provide a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Check.
