We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Support Worker to join our Learning Disability Services. You will provide the support our clients need so they can live their lives to the full. To provide support to both our learning disability and Ashdown centres, we would like to recruit a Support Worker who can work flexibly across both the children and adult services.

You must have experience of working with people with disabilities and be able to provide a high standard of personal care and practical assistance. You will have experience of communicating appropriately and effectively with a range of people including clients with learning disabilities, their parents/carers, and other professionals

• F2F Training is complete
• Meds competency is signed off (specific to homecare)
• First payment (50%)- new starter has completed first 12 weeks with no performance concerns and training completed
• Second payment (50%)- new starter will receive second payment when probation has been signed off, which should be at 6 months however if probation is extended then payment will not be received until probation has finished
