We are looking for Team Leaders to assist in the management and supervision of a small team of care and support workers at our Linfield House care home, providing person-centred care and support to people with dementia in a specialist residential setting.

You will lead a small team of staff to create a homely environment for residents.

You will be responsible for ensuring that staff are effectively deployed to meet the needs of people with dementia; achieved through safe, effective and caring day to day care and support provision, which is well led and responsive to individuals’ needs, in accordance with Guild Care policies and procedures and the principles of best practice.

About Linfield House

Linfield House is a residential and nursing care home that includes two dementia suites. We promote independent living, providing residents with the support and person-centred care that they need to flourish.

Our home has a high staff-to-resident ratio, with a versatile team built around residents' needs. As well as providing around-the-clock nursing care, we have dedicated Health & Wellbeing Coordinators who deliver regular and stimulating activities catered to individuals' interests.

In the 15 years that we have owned and run Linfield House, it has successfully supported couples, particularly when one has dementia and one does not.
