Time Out Together hosts fun, friendly social events for dementia carers and their loved ones together. From Evening Socials to Afternoon Teas at the Bradbury Centre, dementia carers and their loved ones are welcome to join us.

When does this service take place?

Social Evenings – normally last Wednesday evening of each month – 5.30-8.00pm

Afternoon Teas – every 1^st and 3^rd Saturday of the month – 1.30-3.30pm

At these events, we ask that the family carer provides support to their loved one.

Where does this service take place?

The service runs at the Bradbury Wellbeing Centre.
