The Volunteer Manager will be a proactive, outgoing and organised person with a passion for volunteering and the difference that volunteers can make to the community. In this role you will work with the recruitment team to recruit volunteers for all our services, regular communication and good working relationships with each service is therefore imperative.

Volunteers are an integral part of the Charity’s foundation, supporting the Charity’s services and fundraising aims. The Volunteer Manager role is to recruit, maintain and manage the Charity’s volunteers as well as raising awareness of volunteer opportunities within the community through various engagement initiatives.

We are currently looking for a Volunteer Manager to help develop services by increasing the number of volunteers, meeting internal demand and enabling growth in new areas. As well as making sure the volunteer policy is aligned with best practice and be creative with the volunteer strategy.
