About our Home Care service Our Home Care service - which is rated 'Good' by the Care Quality Commission - was established in 1994 to promote independent living. About the role We are seeking compassionate and professional Weekend Community Care Assistants to work on a part-time basis as part of our home care team. This part-time role offers flexible working options between the hours of 7.30am – 2pm and then 4pm-10pm around family life, studying and other commitments. You will assist our clients in the community with personal care, domestic help, emotional support, and other general tasks such as shopping, medication, and mobility. We are committed to providing our clients with privacy, choice, and dignity. While experience would be an advantage, it is not required for the position. Instead, we are looking for people who are genuine, considerate, and respectful towards their clients as well as their colleagues. You must be aged 18 or over and have your own transport. You will meet our friendly, supportive Learning and Development Team and join our own in-house trainers in our fantastic training facilities.
