We are looking to recruit a RN/RMN/RNLD to work Weekend days at Haviland House. Although clinical skills are vital, we are really looking for people that can make a difference to the lives of our Family Members, who can make someone smile and have empathy for others. As part of the nursing team at Guild Care you will be expected to comply with standards of professional practice and maintain valid registration with the NMC to practice.

Haviland House offers first class residential and nursing care in a purpose-built environment for people living well with dementia. The home consisting of five 'Houses' each with twelve spacious bedrooms. Working closely with Dementia Care Matters our Support workers interact with our Residents like 'Butterflies'; creating moments of connection through colourful, meaningful interactions and filling the room with stimulating activity.

At Guild Care, our Registered Nurse team really get to know our Residents resulting in person-centred care & support. We do not merely look at the care plan and focus on the individual's medical conditions – we treat, care and support the ‘whole person’. We want to give our Nursing team the time to support someone’s emotional well-being in addition to their physical well-being. It is truly a multidisciplinary role working with GPs, OTs, Physios, Care & Support staff, families and, most importantly, the individual themselves.
