Leanne has been working at Guild Care since 2017 and progressed into the position of Director of HR in 2022. 

Coming from the private sector in a regional HR role to working in a generalist HR function, Leanne has gained experience in all areas of HR and has developed a passion for ensuring people are treated well at work. With her CIPD Level 7 qualification, Leanne ensures that industry best practice is always recognised and adhered to.  

Leanne has fundraised for charity by doing a bungee jump, sky dive and in 2019 ran the Brighton marathon for Guild Care. As Leanne believes having a creative outlet is important for your well-being, she has decided to take up glass blowing. Having had a taste of this with her friends, she hopes to explore it further in 2023.
