What we do Dementia care services Support for carers At Guild Care we have a range of services that give carers much needed time to recharge their batteries in the knowledge that their loved one is being looked after in a safe, stimulating and secure environment. Who is it for? For people with a memory/cognitive impairment or a diagnosis of dementia who are still living in the community and their carers "Guild Care’s dementia services are a real blessing to my husband and myself. He goes to the Bradbury Centre once a week and he can take part in activities, socialise and have lunch with others. I have every confidence that he is being safely looked after whilst I can have a much needed break from caring and enjoy a few hours of ‘me’ time."
