Why Work for Us?

Guild Care is one of the oldest and largest employers in Worthing. We employ over 650 staff across our three care homes, 30+ community services, charity shops and head office. You can find all of our current vacancies here.

Given the nature of our charity, we employ many people in care roles. These members of staff are vital figures in the lives of our Caer Gwent, Haviland House and Linfied House residents and people who make use of our Home Care services.

We also employ a large number of people across our varied community services. These services include our Friendship Club for over 70s, our Growing Older with Learning Disabilities service, our support services for carers and our Ashdown, Birkdale, and Fitzalan Howard centres for children and adults with learning disabilities.

If you have any questions about working at Guild Care, please call our Recruitment Team on 01903 863154.
