What Linfield House's staff have to say

“What I like most about working in a care home is that you can become more familiar with the residents. It’s much more of a family environment here, and getting to know the people who live here makes it feel more of a home for them too.” Guild Care nurse

Registered Manager

Julie Greenhalf

"Linfield House was inspected by the Care Quality Commission on 20th August 2019. Although the CQC noted many positive aspects of care and support provided within the home and have used lots of lovely examples within their observations, the final report has now been published with an overall rating of 'Requires Improvement'.

"This is extremely disappointing for all involved and Julie Greenhalf, Registered Manager has already agreed and implemented an Action Plan to address areas for improvement. These relate to gaps in record-keeping and documentation, Risk Assessment processes and the procedure for informing the CQC of all notifiable incidents."

Director of Residential and Nursing Services, Tracey Wadey
