We are Guild Care, Worthing’s leading social care charity, supporting people to live well, enjoy life, and love every day.
In addition to our three not-for-profit care homes, we run a wealth of community services that support older people, people living with dementia, and children and adults with learning disabilities.
Our charity wouldn’t be able to run these vital services without your support.
Below you will find some specific examples of what different sized donations can achieve, as well stories highlighting the wonderful work of our community services.
· £5 could pay for an older person, who may have money worries, to attend a drop in advice session – helping them to get the support they need
· £10 Could pay for the cooking materials for a group of children with learning disabilities to learn how to live an independent life
· £20 Could pay for an older person, who is struggling after the death of a loved one, to attend a “moving on from loss” support group
· £50 would pay for a ping pong lesson for 15 people
