Unfortunately though we are now not accepting visitors unless under exceptional circumstances. Guild Care opened its first care home in 1943, so we really do have a proven track record of providing care for older people. We run three care homes in Worthing and Goring that provide first class residential, nursing and dementia care. We also provide a bookable respite service for short-term stays.
