We are proud of our high rating from independent reviews on Carehome.co.uk

Over 85 Years of Expert Care in Worthing

Our three care homes are located in Worthing, West Sussex and provide residential, nursing and dementia care in safe, purpose-built environments. From a week of respite or convalescence to permanent residency, we offer lengths of stay to suit any need.

Each of our nursing homes are not-for-profit, enabling us to keep enhancing our residents’ facilities and support the local community.

"Cannot fault the care, love and attention shown to my father in your care. The above and beyond dedication by your staff was immeasurable". - Raymond E, Son of Resident, June 2021

Keeping your loved ones safe

These are anxious times for everyone and making the decision to put a loved one into a care home is very difficult. However, we are safely accepting new admissions. We can provide safe admissions and visits due to our plentiful stock of PPE, continuous risk assessments, and the hard work of our incredible kind-hearted, professional care staff.

Our care and nursing services

We pride ourselves on taking the time to really get to know each resident. All of our nursing homes deliver compassionate, attentive person-centred care in loving and homely environments. Additionally, our high staff-to-resident ratio, including nurses on call 24/7, ensures that we fulfil both emotional and care needs.

Guild Care was established in 1933 in Worthing and has gone from strength to strength since, now one of the largest employers in Worthing, with over 650 dedicated and caring staff and the support of more than 300 fantastic volunteers.
