You will meet our friendly, supportive Learning and Development Team and join our own in-house trainers in our fantastic training facilities. We can help you gain access to relevant professional qualifications, accredited learning programmes, the Care Certificate and other development opportunities. As well as providing excellent Manual Handling, Dementia, Medication, First Aid qualifications and many more We have a suite of face-to-face training available as well as our insightful ‘Getting to know Guild Care’ induction programme which provides new starters invaluable time to meet other team members and gain knowledge of our heritage and vision and mission . You will be fully equipped to start your journey with us as we also provide a ‘New Starter Buddy’ programme and support with coaching and mentoring. All staff have access to our eLearning platform My Learning Cloud, this gives you access not only to mandatory subjects but also a collection of interesting additional modules available anytime and on any device.
