Learning and development

We aim to be the ‘employer of choice’ in our local area, which means providing award winning learning and development to all of our staff. When you join our team we will discuss with you what’s on offer and your career aspirations. You will meet our friendly, supportive Learning and Development Team and join our own in-house trainers in our fantastic training facilities.

Guild Care's Leadership and Management Programme and our Training Manager, Sarah, who progressed from a Care Assistant to achieving a Management Level 5 qualification in her Guild Care career
