Caer Gwent

"Caer Gwent was recently inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) on 14th and 15th January 2020. At the time of the inspection we had no manager at Caer Gwent but since then Kevin Burke, a senior care home manager, has joined us and is already implementing significant changes. Kevin is working with the senior team to develop a Service Improvement Plan that addresses all the concerns identified by the CQC inspection and meetings are to be held with staff, residents and families. As a charity we are committed to providing services that as a minimum achieve a ‘Good’ CQC rating and we will be working hard to ensure the outcome at our next inspection is positive.”
