Support Groups

Support groups and social support for older people

Guild Care offers a range of support groups and social opportunities for people aged 65 and over in Worthing. Our services are designed to reduce loneliness, support wellbeing, and help people stay connected through shared experiences and community support.

Why support groups matter

Support groups provide a safe and welcoming space for people to share experiences, build friendships, and feel less alone during times of change or challenge.

How Guild Care can help

Through our services, including Creating Connections, we support people to take part in social groups, activity sessions, and peer support groups that encourage connection and independence.

Creating Connections delivers many of our support groups and social activities in Worthing. To find out what is currently available, view the latest timetables or speak to the team.
