We recently celebrated our annual Guild Care Star Awards 2022.

We had a record breaking number of nominations – almost 500 – for staff across our various different services.

The awards are designed to recognise the amazing contribution and achievements of our teams.

Leanne Jones, Guild Care’s HR Director, said: “This year we had 17 winners across various different services and it was the first time where we’ve had multiple winners in categories.

"All short-listed nominees were invited to the awards ceremony and although not everyone won an award we had a really good representation of every part of Guild Care.

“There was certainly a buzz during the evening, it was the first time since 2019 that we were able to meet together and celebrate our wonderful teams!”

We are very grateful to two of our service users for joining us to read out nominations, along with our trustees and Worthing Mayor, Councillor Ferdousi Henna Chowdhury.

Well done to all of our winners but also to everyone at Guild Care, you are all stars!
