Tracey Wadey- Director of Care Homes

Tracey is an experienced Registered Nurse with a career spanning more than 30 years across health and social care. She began her leadership journey in the NHS in senior nursing and community roles before joining Marie Curie, where she led training and development for nurses and healthcare assistants.

Tracey first joined Guild Care in 2010, progressing through a range of leadership roles in care home management and overseeing nursing, clinical governance and quality. After 11 years with the organisation, she broadened her experience in senior nursing and operational roles elsewhere before returning in June 2026 as Director of Care Homes.

Tracey brings strong clinical leadership, regulatory expertise, a belief in the strength of teamwork and a lifelong commitment to providing person-centred care.
