The club will offer a gentle and homely environment in which to enjoy meaningful person-centred activities. A large amount of support will be offered to those attending the club, with a high staff-to-member ratio of one to three. The service is due to begin in April 2020. Referrals are being taken now. If you are interested, please call our friendly Customer Service Team on 01903 327327 or use our online form. Who is this service for? The club is for older people living with dementia in the ‘mid to late stages’ of their cognitive journey. Equally, the service is for anyone living with dementia who falls outside of the Time Out for Carers’ remit (i.e. those who require personal care) but would still benefit from attendance at the club, even though they may not have the same degree of cognitive decline. All referrals are assessed on a case by case basis to ascertain what would be best for the individual. Please read our Eligibility Criteria for more detailed information.
