If you are concerned about the care or service you or a relative are receiving from Guild Care, please talk to a member of staff as soon as possible and let them know.

We'd also love to hear if you are particularly pleased about any of our services.

However, if do you wish to make a complaint, there are a number of ways to do this.

Tell someone

We would firstly encourage you to tell a member of staff involved in your care that you want or need help to make a complaint. You can tell any member of staff or volunteer about the problem and they will discuss your complaint with the senior member of staff.

In writing

If you are still unhappy with the situation, you have the right to make a formal complaint. This can be done in writing or in person to the manager. We would ask that you provide as much information as you can.

Appeal

If you are still not happy with what has happened the matter can be referred to the Chief Executive Officer.
