Home Care Community Care Assistant (Example) Our Home Care service's Community Care Assistants are responsible for providing a high standard of personal care and practical support to members of the community in their own homes. Care experience in applicants, although welcomed, is not necessary as full training is provided. Instead, our priority is finding people who are reliable, caring, and are dedicated to making a positive difference to people's lives.
