Our Home Care service's Community Care Assistants are responsible for providing a high standard of personal care and practical support to members of the community in their own homes.

Care experience in applicants, although welcomed, is not necessary as full training is provided. Instead, our priority is finding people who are reliable, caring, and are dedicated to making a positive difference to people's lives. Given the restrictions of the role, applicants must also be over 18 and have their own transport.

We have a range of shifts available, offered on both full-time, part-time, and bank bases.

Pay

Hours of work and shifts available

Full-time, part-time, and bank contracts available.

Shifts run between the hours of 7am-10pm, including:

  • 7.30am to 11.30am
  • 4pm to 8pm
  • 6pm to 10pm

About Guild Care's Home Care Service

Our Home Care service, which is rated as 'Good' by the Care Quality Commission, was established in 1994 to promote independent living. The service enables older people and vulnerable adults in and around Worthing to lead better quality lives whilst remaining safe and comfortable in their own homes.

Our caring and professional Community Care Assistants can help with personal care, domestic help, emotional support and general assistance with other tasks, such as shopping, medication and mobility.
