The All Party Parliamentary Group for Social Care has launched its Vision of Social Care.

Guild Care was asked by the National Care Forum to help demonstrate the benefit of not-for-profit social care organisations for the community to help inform this vision. This new vision will feature in the discussions about wider reform of the health and social care systems as the Health and Care Bill passes through parliament.

Guild Care’s CEO, Alex Brooks-Johnson, said “We were delighted that the work of Guild Care, and importantly the benefit and value it adds to the people we support, was recognised and hope that we can help shape and inform the much needed reforms.”
