Guild Care is one of the oldest and largest employers in Worthing. We employ over 650 staff and a team of more than 300 dedicated volunteers to help us run over 30 community services.

Guild Care is a well-established charity making a difference to the lives of people of all ages in Worthing and its surrounding areas. We've been supporting the local community since 1933.
