The Directors, who are the Trustees of Guild Care, present their annual report and the accounts on the 31st March each year.

The Trustees confirm that the annual report and financial statements of the company comply with current statutory requirements, the requirements of the company's governing document and the provisions of The Housing SORP 2014: Statement of Recommended Practice for Social Landlords and The Accounting Direction for Private Registered Providers of Social Housing 2015.
