Volunteer Charity Shop Assistants

We are always looking for volunteers who can help us to create a warm and friendly shopping environment to help in one of our 11 charity shops.

We are especially looking for volunteers to help at Rowlands Road, Goring Road, Warwick Street, Findon Valley and the Greenhouse superstore, a real treasure trove of interesting and unique bargains. Duties include serving customers, using the cash register and sorting donations.

I’d really recommend volunteering to anyone. It’s a great atmosphere here, we all have a laugh and I just love interacting and chatting with the local customers, it’s just a nice place to be.” Martin, Shop volunteer

Listen to what James has to say about volunteering in a Guild Care charity shop:

Can you help?

If you are interested in the role, please contact our Volunteer Coordinator via our online form.
