We are now offering a generous £1000 welcome bonus for the following roles:

  • Care Assistants (including senior and care supervisor)
  • Homecare Care Assistants
  • Support workers in day services


This will be split into two payments of £500. Payment will be received when:

  • Face-to-face training is complete.
  • Meds competency is signed off (for homecare roles).
  • First payment (£500*) - after a new starter has completed their mandatory training and successfully completed their first 12 weeks probation.
  • Second payment (£500*) - after a new starter has successfully completed their 6 month probation period.

*Payment is based on a 36 hour contract, part time hours offered will be paid pro rata. Other T&Cs apply.
