We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to provide domestic assistance and practical support for clients in their own homes in the Shoreham/Lancing area. Duties include cleaning, ironing, shopping and accompanying clients to appointments.
As the Domestic Coordinator you will take responsibility for managing the home help team, providing support and supervision to all team members.
You will be responsible for providing a high standard of personal care and practical support to clients in their own homes. Whilst doing so you will observe safe working practices and ensure the privacy, personal choice and dignity of clients.
Working within one of Guild Care’s Regulated Services or Community Services you will be responsible for providing all mandatory training, including induction training and support with the Care Certificate for relevant roles.
