Dementia Care & Support Services

Some of our dementia care and support services have been affected by the coronavirus. Please get in touch with our friendly Customer Service Team on 01903 327327 if you have any queries.

Receiving a diagnosis of dementia affects people in different ways. We also know that there are numerous questions that people need answers to. Furthermore, we recognise that as dementia progresses, it is important for people to carry on with their interests and for carers to have time to themselves even if it is only for a few hours.

That's why Guild Care runs a range of dementia support services in Worthing from home care, to day respite services as well as dedicated care homes. We can help families by offering a range of support and information as part of your dementia journey.
